The short version. We collect only what's needed to search and book flights for you.
We don't sell your data and we don't show ads. Your full card number is entered in a secure payment
form and is never seen or stored by FourFlights.
This policy explains what information the FourFlights app ("FourFlights," "we," "us") collects, how we
use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Search details. The origin, destination, dates, and number of travelers you enter,
so we can find flights for you.
- Traveler & booking details (only when you book). The information the airline
requires to issue a ticket — such as each traveler's name, date of birth, and contact email and
phone, and, where an airline requires it, passport or identity document details. You provide this,
and we send it to our flight-booking provider, Duffel, and the relevant airline to
complete your booking.
- Payment information. Card details are entered into a secure payment form provided
by our PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe, via Duffel). FourFlights never receives or
stores your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
- App-integrity data. We use Apple's App Attest to confirm that requests come from a
genuine, untampered copy of the app. This helps prevent fraud and does not identify you personally.
- Limited on-device data. The app keeps your booking details in memory only and does
not save your personal or payment information to your device's storage. Some non-sensitive
preferences (for example, recent searches or seat and bag choices) may be stored locally on your
device to improve your experience.
How we use your information
- To search for flights and show you results and prices.
- To complete the bookings you ask us to make and send you confirmations.
- To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
- To detect and prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
- To meet legal, accounting, and airline requirements.
How your information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- With Duffel and the relevant airlines and payment processors to
search, price, and complete your booking.
- With Apple, for app-integrity (App Attest) checks.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting
obligations, and we minimize the personal information we store. You can ask us to delete information we
hold about you, subject to those obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending
on where you live (for example, under GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have
additional rights over your data. To make a request, email

Children
FourFlights is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant providers, requests are verified with Apple App Attest,
and we deliberately minimize the personal data we store. No method of transmission or storage is 100%
secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the date
at the top.
